Child Custody
Attorney Sacramento

You're in a custody battle. I cannot make it easy, BUT:
My law office can answer your questions. I AM AN ATTORNEY WITH 19 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE. Having litigated 100s of such cases, I know what to do. And I can guide you in gathering the information, documents, and pictures necessary to make your case and greatly increase your chances of success in court. My AVVO © rating in custody cases is "Very good" Avvo Profile

I will explain the relevant law and how it pertains to your case. I will tell you your options. I will ask your point of view and find the best way to present it to the court. I'm easy to contact, and easy to talk to. My office will take care of you.

IF YOU CANNOT AFFORD AN ATTORNEY then, for a lesser fee, without going to court, I can write the forms for you to request custody or support from the court, suggest exhibits to attach to help you prove your case, help you file and serve your forms so no mistakes are made, and advise you on what to say in court. A well organized declaration, written by an attorney, focusing on what is relevant, and clearly stating the law and the facts supporting your case, will GREATLY increase your chance of success in court.

Sample case results:
Client, the mother of a 12-year-old boy, and father, jointly agreed to give their son at birth to the maternal grandmother to raise in another county. Recently, father and mother separated and father demanded sole custody. Result: Court ordered the remains with the maternal grandmother as client wanted, and the father got no custody.

Client, the father of a 10-year-old boy, was told by mother who had primary custody that she was suddenly moving to Hong Kong with their son because her husband would lose his job if they didn't move. Result: The court ordered that custody would shift to the client (father) if mom moved. Mom didn't move.

CAUTION REGARDING LEGAL DOCUMENT ASSISTANTS:
They can't appear in court or give legal advice because they are untrained in court procedures or law. You wouldn't allow your child to fly in a plane flown by a non pilot. Why risk losing custody by letting a Legal Document Assistant write your pleadings?
